ESPMC-WITASS Conference is a Liner Conference operating under EU Regulation 4056/86. The geographical scope of the Conference is between ports in the Hamburg to Le Havre Range, Scandinavian countries, Baltic Sea, Poland, Atlantic Spain, Portugal and UK/Eire
and:
Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Bolivia via Peru/Chile, Aruba, Belize, Costa Rica, Curacao, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago and Venezuela.
TERMINATION OF ESPMC-WITASS OPERATIONS
To coincide with the repeal of the liner conference exemption in EC Regulation 4056/86, the ESPMC-WITASS Conference will terminate operations on 17 October 2008. Accordingly, the conference tariff and any other existing ESPMC-WITASS arrangements will cease to be in operation on 18 October 2008.
